Our Philosophy

At Studio Luminance, our goal is teach our students with professionalism and intention. Each student will receive the same care and attention whether he or she chooses to dance for a year or for a lifetime.

We strive to create a nurturing environment where students can learn the art of dance from trained and seasoned teachers that will allow our students to thrive at their own pace. We are equipped to meet the diverse needs of our dancers by offering classes in multiple disciplines and skill levels.

We believe that dance isn’t just about the steps. We know, from years of personal and professional experience, that dance has the ability to transform the body and the mind by engaging our intellect, athleticism and emotions. We want our students to develop a deep love of dance and an educated respect for the art form while learning how they can impact the world around them through our outreach programs.

We believe that dancing develops strength of character, self-confidence and an understanding of the importance of integrity, focus, respect, hard work and leadership. We want to see our students excel as leaders in their homes, schools and communities.
